Oceania Cruises has unveiled expanded dining options aboard its eight
luxury ships, emphasising a blend of relaxation and refinement in its
culinary offerings.
The new dining features include sushi and Indian cuisine offerings at
Terrace Café, alongside a revamped menu at Waves Grill. Terrace Café
now hosts a daily sushi station with 45 new recipes, including sashimi,
uramaki, nigiri, and vegetarian options.
Additionally, during dinner service, guests can enjoy 15 authentic
Indian dishes, like butter chicken and dhal, at the newly introduced
Indian Corner.
“Our staff hails from every corner of the globe and being able to
bring their knowledge and their experience to the table, literally, is a
wonderful thing,” said Chef Alex Quaretti, executive culinary director.
“Creating the new Indian dishes for Terrace Café is a perfect example
of this; some of these recipes have been handed down through
generations.”
Waves Grill, Oceania Cruises’ casual F&B dining option by the
pool, has expanded its menu to include over 20 options such as cold
sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and specialty burgers like the Surf &
Turf Wagyu burger and Philly Cheesesteak hot sandwich.
Looking ahead, Oceania Cruises plans further enhancements across its
specialty restaurants, including updates to the menu at Red Ginger and
expanded wine pairing options.
